No policy documents for over 2 months now

Still waiting for my policy documents since taking out the Hospital Cash back policy in November 2012.

Have emailed twice to the customer complaints line, 23.11.2012 and 28.11.2012 - no response to both emails.

Have phoned 3 times, 03.12.2012 - ref 301215, 07.1.2013 - Ref 310630 and 23.01.2013 - Ref 320448

Was told can not email policy documents but will post to me and that will take 4 weeks.

Its been from 01.11.2012 - 23.01.2013, 84 days, 12 weeks.

And lets not even talk about the fact my first deduction was supposed to have gone off 01.10.2012 but due to a glitch on there side, as explained to me on a telephone call from Chartis/AIG my policy was only instated from the 01.11.2012.

So now either I get my policy documents within the next working day or I want ALL my money back. Because as far as I am concerned, the 30 day period of reviewing your policy documents and deciding if you really want this policy has not even happened yet.
