Query on Ombudsman

Hi

About the case i logged earlier about the smishing of money from my bank account... but the responce from Capitec was that the case is with the Ombudsman and the ombudsman responded unconvincingly and they were give wrong information where ever they got it... so now i need Capitec to do right thing use police and investagate about my money please!!
