Capitec Bank
TRIED CAPITEC THEN THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN

Hi
I was 'mugged' in London whilst attempting to draw money from the ATM.An individual posing as a bank official-Barclays interrupted me and two associates joined me on my right whilst I entreed pin. Within seconds they spirited my card away. I rushed to get CAPITEC stop card in South Africa.
Went through to a call centre which dithered going back to supervisor keeping me on hold. Whilst doing so the drew money out of my account.
I called London Metropolitan Police who opened a case. CAPITEC refused after 2 weeks or so to repay my lost funds saying I compromised my pin.
I reported them to the Ombudsman who took a month to advise CAPITEC and then when their month of grace was over I received this from Ombudsman:
Good day Jonathan

See the below e-mail from Capitec. The bank is having a backlog.
