1st complaint was on 19/04/12 to Capitec nd my case ws investigated by Linda Van De Merwe of capitec's forensics but she didnt help with much nd the bank refused 2refund. Then i proceeded 2 OMBUDSMAN FOR BANKING SERVICES to seek 4more assistance then my file was opened on 24/07/12 nd referred my complaint back again 2da bank 4more clarification nd gave them 15 days 2provide them with a written report. Since then Capitec has been asking 4 more time. The last time i spoke 2da adjudicator (Ms Ayanda Dyasi) handling my case, she said the bank does'nt wanna refund the money bt she's still working on it 'coz OMBUDSMAN has instructed them to pay. I cant get hold of her nd its been 2weeks now.
