Your temp loan is not available on your cell banking, online banking etc. You advertise immediate assistance, yet your channels do not have the option available. Many other users are also complaining of the same matter. This is surely against the CPA to advertise a product that your company does not have "stock' of. I need a temp loan. Contact me please. Once i receive assistance and pay the loan back. I seriously think of switching banks. I have received bad service from FNB in the last few months :(
