Responce of the Bank on the Case

Hi Hellopeter

My name is Lunga Lobi I am using Capitec Bank to get Salary, I was or robbed from the bank an amount of R3750 by mobile transfer without giving any of my banking details to any one this happened on the 27th of September 2013 and it was R3780 that I heard on my bank Account that Day. I reported the issue immediately but the bank was unable to help me, they say the type of (i.e Mobile transfer) is out of their hands. My question is I am sure they are aware of these what they have done about them. In my case two of their clients were robbed i.e me and the other guy of which his account was used and the guy is eager to come to the front and confess that he is not aware of what happened that day up until I called him and he noticed that his card was, I told the bank that but they seem no to be interested... So what I need I want Capitec to Refund me my money and they continue with Police to look for Fraudures please!!
