I called Dial Direct recently for a quote. Unfortunately they could not match my current insurer but the person who helped me was more than amazing / friendly / accommodating and extremely efficient.
She was honest and sincere in why they were not able to meet my requirements.
Well done to Jenilee Whittaker for showing what customer service is all about. Keep up the good work.
