Capitec Multiloan creating bad credit rating a

Capitec multiloan is creating havok with my Credit Rating. I have never used this account, but the account is being shown as used and repaid each month in my credit report. These microloans each month that never occur creates a bad impression on credit rating.

I have a letter from a Capitec branch stating that they have now closed the account and I have never used it.
I want Capitec to remove all the transactions from the credit report which never occured.
I have been denied a home loan because of THIS!!!

I will give capitec 20 days before I make a case at the credit Ombudsman
