No updates on claim

I submitted a claim with MiWay on 21.02.2013 when my car was severley damaged by another driver while it was patrked. MiWay decided to right off the vehicle. I completed a Change of Ownership form and faxed through a copy the registration certificate on 19.03.2013. They then requested the actual registration certificate and said that an agent from UTi would collect it. It has been more than a week now and they keep telling me, "they'll come tomorrow, tomorrow or they're coming today" BUT no one has come to collect it. I am tired of being made a fool of and it is quite evident that my claim is not an urgent matter for them. I cannot get through to the agent who's is dealing with my claim, Kgaogelo, her phone is constantly on voice mail. When I call the call centre I am passed from one agent to the next or I am left holding for more than 10 minutes. I have spent more than R200 on air time with no solution. When I request to be called back, nobody calls me back. No one is updating me on what's going on with my claim and it is frsutrating.

My claim number is 438564.

I just want them to collect this registration certificate and pay out, I need a vehicle urgently.
