FNB won't refund my R5400

Hi

FNB deducted R5400 from my personal account on the 26th of July 2013 and the reference was FNBHomeLoans, but the problem is that I don't have any loans with FNB or anyone else, I brought the problem to their attention but they have sent me several e-mails claiming to have paid the money back and till today they have not. I am stuck because no one is helping me with this from their side and their deceiving e-mails do not give me hope that this money will ever be paid back.
