Hi. I am absolutely not impressed with how MiWay's service has detiorated as composed to when I joined the Insurance. I reported two incidents this month - one for house insurance and the other for third party. I have not received the best of service on either. House Claim was submitted 12/11/2013 and will only be attended today after many hassles and following up. Claim# 500512. I initially reported the house claim to Sean Pye who promised to call me back and never did! Third Party Claim has still not been attend to and Lindie Victor has since not been available on her direct number. Claim# 489615. I have also mailed her on 13/11/2013 and still no response. I am highly not impressed with the service. 6years late
