Im a frustrated by Miway! I was informed that my claim handler is david ndhlovu on 0119900539. He does not keep me updated nor does he return numerous messages I have left for him. My vehicle was written off over a month ago but premiums are still being deducted.
I sent him the required information, even from the bank! How do I settle the car and make arrangements to get another one if my insurance co. is not coming to the party. I have been with miway for a while now & this is my 2nd claim. Even with the 1st claim the service left much to be desired.
