I have been a Miway client for the past 4 years, I have never had a claim. I had an accident on the 14th December and the car was written off, The service which I have received form Miway has been repulsive, I was only given a courtesy car for 10 days, there has been numerous delays from miway to finalise the claim and make a settlement to the bank, I have called and emailed them and my attempts have proved to be futile, Miway is now trying to shift the blame on the bank, which is BS as I have been to the bank to get a settlement letter and I have sent the letter to Miway, I am now without a car, thanks to Miway and their incompetent service. To top it off Miway had the nerve to deduct their monthly premium. Miway is all talk and zero action. Useless Insurance.
