I have been contacted twice this week by an ABSA call centre agent regarding the cash reward that ABSA is trying to pull off as a "Thank you"
If ABSA wants to thank me, they can drop their rediculously high bank charges, instead if trying to get an extra odd R20 from its clients.
These Ladies that phoned me got very hostile on the phone because I stated that I am not interested. and whats worse is, they asked why but in the middle of my explaination they dropped the phone.
If this is how ABSA treats client just because they aren't interested in a product or "promotion" then I won't be an ABSA client for much longer.
