Cancellation of Policy

I called ABSA requesting information with regards to cancelling my home owners insurance policy. I eventually got round to sending them what ever they wanted only to be told that I had not met certain criteria. I then attended to that matter and I then received confirmation that all was in order and that vetting would cancel my insurance.

I am now paying my new insurance company as well as ABSA as ABSA have not cancelled my debit order and nor have they made an attempt to credit my account for the funds they have taken out since the cancellation.

Going through the call centre is a waste of time as I just get transferred and end up getting frustrated. Extremely put off by this terrible service.
