Eise Nkwane from absa transactional banker-Key Accounts, commercial Business, absa retail and Business Bank .when we contacted absa to close our business account we were told that our account is not fica compliant . we then complied with all of absa requestto get the account compliant but 2 months on and absa cannot still sort out they mess . when we call Elise she puts you on hold only to cut the call and switch off her phone . poor service is the reason for absa loosing all they good client.
