AH!! ABSA ERRS AGAIN!!!

During last week a telemarketer from "Absa Bank" marketing department phoned me to enquire which branch I make use of and if I am interested in absa rewards. Here is my reply " I don't make use of any particular branch and I might be interested in the absa rewards, please send me some info first, before you start deducting R21.00 pm" After giving him my e-mail address, I said thanks and rang off. I NEVER DID GET AN EMAIL. My question to you is " Who the do you think you are to deduct R 252.00 yesterday from my bank account for absa rewards? Stop employing inefficient people who think they know, but don't" You have to train your people properly, not to have attitudes when phoning customers, and stop phoning for trivialities such as this. So, write back my R 252.00 into my account which was is not authorised TODAY, and I'm not interested in absa rewards, otherwise I would've joined 25 odd years ago, and I can also go to whichever branch of Absa I wish.
