I have been with ABSA since I was 16 years of age. I also have my Business account with them, due to no care attitude and lack of help, I have decided to no longer make full use of my business account and have opened a business account at another bank. I have lodged so many complaints about the Management Staff of ABSA but to no avail. I am wondering if they really need clients. From banking millions per year into ABSA I am banking almsot nothing. I have advised my Business Consultant that I will be closing my account and will never use ABSA as long as I am alive, he did not even suggest trying to save me as a client.
I have also decided to close my personal account tht I have had with ABSA since I was 16 years old.
I ASK WHAT HAS HAPPENED WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE. SURELY SOMEONE HAS NOTICED THAT I AM HARDLY USING MY ACCOUNT AND NO PHONE CALL TO MAKE ANY SUGGESTIONS!!!
