One of the consultants at Absa told me about Absa rewards, the only thing she told me was that it costs about R20 a month, I was never told about the ridiculous charges to this, only to be caught unaware with this huge debit order of about R252 for a few months running now. honestly speaking I was willing to try this product but not under fake marketing and advertising, at this moment I am very angry and appalled by this, money doesn`t grow on trees and Absa Rewards is the biggest I have come across. Please just give me back my money I am no longer interested in your fake pretences. I am disappointed again by ABSA and I am on the verge of convincing my entire Family to change banks, some of which are ABSA Private bank Clients.
If this does not get attended to ASAP, you will be losing 9 Clients in the coming week!
