On the 26 of October i went to the Absa branch at Southgate Mall to request for a settlement letter the consultant did a letter that expires on Saturday, Then on Monday (28-10-2013) I went to Eastrand Mall Branch the consultant who was helping me refused to give me another letter, I then called the the Kerk Branch asking for Absa's customer care numbers cause i wanted to lay a complain, Mishack asked me if there's a way he can help me i told him what happened he then took my numbers and said he will call me in 10 minutes time. Just before 10 minutes he called to ask for my email address he wants to email me the letter i coulnd't believe it cause i've been to 2 different branches and i wasn't happy, This guy he doesn't even know me but he went out of his way to make sure that I'm happy he even called to ask me if i got the email, THIS IS WHAT I CALL GOING AN EXTRA MILE FOR A CUSTOMER, i have never in my life had such good service he knows the value of a customer just for what he did i bought a voucher for him and i will personally deliver it to him cause i also want to thank him personally... Mishack is the best consultant and i will continue banking with ABSA because of him... THANK U MISH
