Account Closed and Bad Attitude

I just received an sms to say that my credit card which I dont own is in arrears of R57.39. I called the number 0861222272 and a lady answered. I explained to her that i dont have a credit card. She checked the system and said that I did not request for a settlement value. I told her this is as my credit card was paid up in 2009 and I also received a letter of closure dated 01/09/2009. She says that I must email this letter to her. I asked her shouldnt this be part of my records. Why must I call and email the letter and waste my time when Absa a reputable bank does not have their records up to date. This put the phone down on me. Absa has no customer service as well. I want this amount to be cancelled of my name immediately.
