So to day I recieve a letter from ABSA dated the 30 May 2013. Stating that they required proof that my vechile was still insured. According to the letter the have phoned, sms and sent me a letter. And now they have insured my vechile for me at my cost
Yes they did phone me, I got the email address from the call centre person organised the documents they required and mailed it. I was NEVER contacted further by phone or sms or letter. Now I have to pay up for the total pathetic attempt at client service. Had they bother to sms or send a letter, I would simple said hang on a sec Ive done this but here it is again. But no ABSA has resulted to underhandedness and already billed me for this insurance
And to think that this was the 2nd chance I had given ABSA after closing my accounts with them some years back. ABSA has yet once again reassured me that they have no idea what customer service is.
