November 4 2013 was the last date for which i needed to pay my account IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE SETTLED. I called SBSA on the friday prior got the last amount n Monday I settled it. Up to today I have not received my letter. I called the customer care line to be told to take my id and go to the branch when i go to the branch they say they cant give it the consultant must give it via email. I contacted the call centre and spoke to Paul who advised they were fees on the account and that he will reverse them and issue a letter. Its been almost one and a half week and nothing. If we did this to u u will show no mercy and list us for non payment. But we pay our accounts and still have to beg for whats due to us legally.
Get your act straight send me my paid up letter ASAP!
