Debited Insurance money without my consent

Hi there,
I have vehicle finance with ABSA. ABSA called me in April 2013 and asked me if I have a comprehensive insurance cover for my vehicle. I said yes my car is covered, then they asked me to email them a proof before the 7th of May to email address [Email Removed] emailed the proof on the 30th of April. To my surprise ABSA debited insurance money on the 29th of May 2013.I called them, they have not received my email. So, I emailed the same letter to the same address on the 30th of May. I called them on this number 0860053421 from the 31th of May till 6th of June nobody answers the phone. So I went to the branch in Clearwater mall on the 6th of June. The consultant called the same number 0860053421 and the insurance consultant said they only received my letter that day so the refund process will take only five working days. So, I was expecting my refund on the 14th of June. I called today, 17 June I've been holding on the phone for 20min. My frustration now is why should suffer to get my refund, now I have to waste my working hours again go to the branch and explain the same story. Can I please get help from someone? The dysfunctional call center service is not helping.
