I am very disappointed at the level of service I received from the Oak Avenue Randburg sales consultants. I took time off work to apply for the new Value Bundles when I got there to my surprise the available staff couldn't help because they didn't know much about the product. After waiting too long, watching the consultants pace up and down chatting amongst each other, a consultant called me in, I asked her about the (Family banking solutions - Shared Account), and she seemed clueless and couldn't even find the pamphlet to verify the information she gave me after I gave her the benefits and features that I know of. She told me that 4 people need to come in and open that account... which is not what I read on the net and saw on billboards. I still walked out of the bank unassisted.
