Just wanted to comment on how bad absa's turn around time is.
I have requested a settlement letter for my car on monday the 16th of september its friday and I haven't received anything not even a call back or a response.
I think this is pathetic, they told me 48 hours which has come and gone. The least they can do is call you back with a response or an email stating why it is taking so long.
I think absa has become one of the worst banks to deal with.
