I requested a settlement letter for a loan I took at African Bank and the consultant couldn't provide it because the branch manager wasn't unavailable. She had to call another branch to print the settlement letter and fax it. I waited from 11:40 to 12:30 for the letter to be faxed to the kroonstaad branch. When the consultant followed up she was told that the fax wasn't working and they'll email, I over heard this while she was on the phone. I then waited an hour for the settlement letter to be emailed no one bothered to inform or update me on what the delay was. This is poor service and a total waste of my time.
