On the 28th Oct 2013, Nedbank deducted my money which is their installment twice without letting me know and when i phoned them, i was told that it was an error on their side it will be refunded back to my account within 48hrs as Lindokuhle said but nothing, when i spoke to Pearl this morning, She told me the refund was declined due to the arrangement that wasn't done and I personally phoned them to make arrangements for this. Can I please have my money back before the end of today.
