Nedbank IS EXPENSIVE

When I tried to get R100 worth of fuel this morning, my card was declined. Which I found very suspicious as I knew there should be at least R105 left in my account. I went to a another banks ATM (Nedbank ATMs being so scarce as well) to check my balance, and what a surprise I got, a R6, 87 balance. I had to make arrangements so I can go and pay later. When I got to my work, I checked my account via internet banking. I found that R100, 05 was deducted from my account (Nedbank internet banking is also not clear as who is deducting money from your account). Being unsure where it went, I phoned the call centre only to be told that a merchant has up to 6 months to claim the money from the bank, and the claim only went through last night. I did not receive a sms stating the fact (another service I am paying for and not getting). I have had enough of Nedbank. I will be moving to another bank institution as I am constantly let down by a bank who claims to help its clients.
