Hi there - On the 30th November 2013 I was trying to buy at a shop, A MOOSA), and I used my saving account visa card to swip for payment and the transaction was diclined. My card was swipped again and the transaction was approved at 11.06AM. I checked my account balance only to see that R2500 has been deducted out of my account two times. Reported the matter to Nedbank - REF NO.65976376 and have been promised that with in 48HRS my R2500 will be refunded and nothing has been done.
I phoned several times and spoke to call center ladies and they always promise to phone back and refund my money but nothing. My money is just gone like that, a month already and nothing.
PLEASE NEDBANK REFUND MY MONEY, NO WONDER WHY MY SALARY IS GOING TO ANOTHER BANK BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS SOO POOR.
