I want my refund

My name is Jeanette i have been calling Nedbank to refund me my money, because on the 13 December 2013 Nedbank deducted my money twice so they promised me after 24 hours i will get back my money but till today nothing has happened, i just called them again now they are telling me my refund might be rejected because my account is on arrears the thing is i told them am not working and we made an arrangement that i will pay R500 every month, so now they deducted that R500 and the installment of R1364.06 i WANT THAT R1364.06 BACK because i have to pay other accounts as my brother is the one who is helping me to pay my accounts at this moment
