DOUBLE DEDUCTION WITH NO EXPLANTION

I took out a personal loan with Nedbank just under 4 years ago. The end of this month I will pay my final installment and then the account will be done. However this past month they deducted my regular installment PLUS R1116.50!!! Why? Because apparenetly according to their reocrds I made an "arrangement" for this.
Last month they deducted double my installment, I called to have the refund made, and this was done 48hrs after. Apparently according to them I arranged to have this 1116.50 deducted during this call made to the call centre. I called them last week Thursday to have the 1116.50 refunded Monday 06.05.2013 on Tuesday 07.05.2013 it was deducted again! Obvioulsy I am completely OFF! According to them the previous call centre agent forgot to cancel the debit order when I requested the refun with the previous call. So on Tuesday I requested that the refund be done again! This morning when checking if the monies were in my bank account and seeing that it was not I called the call centre again! Just to be told that the refund was REJECTED??? What the is going on, why is it that no-one called me to tell me this??? Today I requested that the refund be made again!
