Pathetic service

My daughters student acc was suspended through lack of use
it took us 5 visits to the bank to sort the problem
and each time we had to que and it takes over half hour each time
and the attitude we got from the staff was horrendous
when we get ther we dont know where to sit cos we have no idea which way the que goes ther are no arrows
when it was our turn i was told to fill in a form stating the water n lights acc belongs to me and that this person is my daughter and i was told to wait in the que again after filling in this form for a further 30 mins
this is unacceptable
