I stood in a que to make a deposit at the cashier. When i wanted to make a payment the cashier said i must fill in a form. At Absa bank I know you don not have to fill a form. I filled the form ask the cashier she said to me it does not work like that but I did make a deposit once without filling in a form. I then went to the enquiries to ask for a complaint book but the lady had a bad attitude. They did not even have a compaint book. I am not even sure if they will report my compain. She did not even listen to my complain busy on the keyboard. She said she will report my complain but she did not even take my particulars to contact me. She then phoned the manager and asked me to wait because her manager was busy. I was so angry and told her I am going to leave. So I left. This happened at Absa in Port Elizabeth Park Shopping Centre.
