Moving to FNB was the worse choice

After having an account with FNB for a number of months an paying a month fee. I then thought taking a mobile device deal would be great as there service was great- ell low and behold that was too good to be true. I then took a device they debited my account with the courier fee as well as another monthly fee which was less than my normally amount and also before month end (end of feb). after calling in about thrice due to the agents hanging up on me every time - I wanted to know what was happening on my account - I still don't have any slid answer an being on the fone for 1 hour and the agent just put the fone down in my ear as they could not answer me. not only am I off that ther agents aren't able to help pu but now I have to go into the bank and waist more of my time! changing to FNB was the worse mistake ever!! I would not encourage anyone to move to that bank. the sad thing is even if they read this post no one will respond. I will def be moving to a bank that actually cares for ther customers and not just ther money!!!
