Incorrect information given to my domestic worke

My domestic worker has gone back to FNB twice now. First time, admittedly she did not have one form which they gave her. I filled it in and she went back today. The fist person she saw said we must only sign the forma not fill it in (so much for FNB wanting our fica docs and information)!!! I then telephoned Precious who said that the form was not filled in correctly - I told her i understood the form perfectly well and I filled it in correctly. She the replied by saying "there's nothing we can do" - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. FNB DO HIS ALL THE TIME AS THEY DID IT FOR A PREVIOUS LADY I WAS TRYING TO HELP. DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THESE DOMESTIC WORKERS HAVE TO WALK TO THE BANK, TAKE TIME OFF AND THEN FNB GIVES THEM THE RUN AROUND.

I TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO FNB - YOU CAN NOW COME AND PICK UP THE FORMS FROM MY HOME WHERE MY DOMESTIC WORKER LIVES AND SORT IT OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL AND STOP GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND THE INCORRECT INFORMATION.
