I submitted a claim on the 02 September 2013, after having misplaced 2 cell phones on my travels.
Its now almost 2 months later, and I have not heard a single word back from travel guard. The lack of service is beyond pathetic.
I have sent numerous follow up emails, with no response. Tried calling several times and no one could help me.
