Unable to open unit trust

Tried to open a unit trust for my daughter this morning. Had to wait for half an hour to be served just to hear the specific consultant could not help with my request. Had to wait another half an hour just to hear that my proof of residence was not acceptable (renting in Knysna but the original contract was misplaced by the agent and our proof of residence in Pta, of which we are owners, doesn't count). Asked to speak to the bank manager, but from what it seemed he was either not answering his phone or unwilling to speak to us (due to the fact that it was 11:20 and the bank closes at 11:30 maybe?!). Eventually it was decided that our water&lights bill for our house in Pta was in fact acceptable but they wanted one for Aug and the latest one we had was for July. Especially unhappy because the hostess didn't determine in the first place that we had the right documentation; what was unacceptable the 1 min was acceptable the next; when I went to print statements in the week I was offered a c/card (DEBT) but could not open an acc (to SAVE) for my daughter today; and the mngr did not want to bother with us. No-one offered to give us any advice on exactly which docs to bring in next time?
