I made a cash deposit on Saturday 19/10/2013 at ATM 13357, followed all steps and the ATM displayed an error message saying ' Error in signal', then the ATM started synchronising itself. I never received any proof of payment. This payment of R1400.00 is for a holiday reservation and i stand a good chance of losing the quotation i initially received from the Hotel. I am being sent from pila to post by customer service (0860286286) and the branch. I am asking for assistance urgently.
