I WENT TO DEPOSIT CASH AT THE FNB ATM CLEARWATER MALL RECENTLY, THE ATM CASH DRAWER JUST CLOSED AFTER INSERTING MY CASH, AND ISSUED A FAILED DEPOSIT SLIP, I INFORMED THE BRANCH STAFF ABOUT THIS, THEIR PROCESS DID NOT IMPRESS ME AT ALL. MADE TO FILL IN FORMS AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT THAT VERY DAY OR LATEST THE NEXT DAY. NOTHING HAPPENED THAT DAY I FOLLOWED UP THE NEXT DAY WAS TOLD TO WAIT, AS THEY WERE STILL PROCESSING AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
IM NOT SURE HOW MANY DAYS DOES THE MOST INNOVATIVE BANK REQUIRES TO SORT OUT A SIMPLE DEPOSIT ERROR.
