I posted a complaint on the 04/09/13 on duplication of payment on the loan owing to Capitec Bank. The bank has engaged with me, but I am not satisfied with Capitec's response. They did admit that it is their system error and that the personnel at their Eastgate Branch made a mistake paying the cash deposit that I made on teh 20/08/13 to reduce the amount owing as at the end of August into the wrong multi-loan account. Up till now Capitec Bank does not want to refund my cash payment of R1400.00
