BAD SERVICE AT THE BRANCH AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT

Good day! I opened a contract at cell c in blue route 4 months ago. Every month my line was suspended. The consultant that intially helped us did not inform us about the pro- rata. I made a cash deposit at nedbank and i physically took the proof of payment to cell c. The following month i leave sufficient money in my account for the debit order. They don't debit my account and the line is suspened again. The following month i do the cash deposit the 25th of the previous month and i go to cell c blue route to send off the proof of payment. Only to find that by the 4th of August 2013 they suspend my line again. I go to CELL C BLUE ROUTE for the third time and the manager SHAFEERA tells me that there's a R42 in arrears. Don't know where the R42 comes from, but i paid it at the easy pay at Checkers. Go back to cell c and email the proof of payment off to accounts. They tell me the account is sorted. Made a cash deposit on the 29th August 2013 and i get a message today to say that my account is in ARREARS. PLEASE EXPLAIN. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE COMMUNICATION IS BAD. WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CELL C. VODACOM IS THE BEST!!!
