I received an SMS from my Bank yesterday advising me to fund my account due to a debit that will go off my account for R220 for The Unlimited last night. I then phoned your Call Centre and spoke to a very useless agent to who told me that if my Salary Date (20th) fall on a weekend, that it will be deducted the Friday before. I then told him that I am so happy if his pay date changes to the Friday if his normal pay date falls on a weekend, but us normal people out here still get paid on the same day. I then told him to cancel the policy immediately and to STOP this debit Immediately as it will cause a Unpaid Debit on my account. He then put me through to a lady who apologized and she said she will cancel this policy immediately for me and that she guarantees me the debit will NOT GO THROUGH ON MY ACCOUNT. Well guess what, IT DID! I am so upset with you people and I will go and complaint to everyone I know and tell all my friends whose names I gave through and who referred me to STOP the service with you people as you are a bunch of 's. So you WILL go and listen to this call, you WILL give me a letter stating what you did for my Bank & refund me the costs you incurred on my acc!
