Why inconvenience valued customers???

I visited branch yesterday just after 10am. I made 3 requests. 1. To cancel both Small business credits. 2. Remove these credit cards from my internet profile 3. To be issued with a new debit card for my business. Only 2 of my requests were met. This morning when I logged onto my internet banking I saw that the business credit cards were still there. I then emailed the branch directly and Monique Angelucci replied with the following: HI, Unfortunately I can't take email instructions. You can go to your nearest branch. I didn't appreciate this response considering I was at the branch and due to the consultant not fulfilling my request would I need to be inconvenienced further? I even told her to speak to Bronwyn Daniels who im sure could vouch for me being at the branch yesterday. My request was simple and she could have taken the initiative to check with the consultant to confirm my request instead of sending me a reply like this. I will appreciate if you could respond to my complaint via email and I cannot answer calls at work.
