I have been trying - unsuccessfully - to contact FNB Insurance both telephonically and via e-mail (numerous times). After being pestered on a nearly weekly basis by their Telemarketing Representatives to take out a policy, I finally relented and took out the Accidental Death Benefit Policy. This was more than two months ago. I have to date not received the said policy, despite a monthly payment being deducted from my account. Very quick to take your money, but very slow in the customer service department. I have asked nicely, I have threatened and have still not had courtesy of a response or received a copy of my policy. Why do you have to complain first before getting the desired results? Please remove your e-mail address and telephone number because they are clearly not working and you are wasting valuable time and money which I will not be reimbursed for.
