I had a problem with my current account and it got frozen so I had to open a new one, so to cut the long story short I'll like to say to Palesa in customer service you always have a smile on your face and are willing to assist, Phindi in sales assisted me in opening a new account and she was friendly, Amanda assisted in closing the old account and transferring the balance into the new one and Desia in enquiries was friendly also and assisted with my new card this all happened on Monday and guess what today I just received my new chip card it only took them 2 working days to deliver I must say im really impressed and a very happy client..
