New re-issued Credit Cards lost by ABSA!

My ABSA platinum credit card and linked petrol card, with a secondary credit and petrol card for my wife, expires 06/2013. ABSA Card Division has re-issued all cards for the account.
On 20 May 2013 I received a call from UTI on behalf of ABSA Card Division informing me that my cards have been returned by my branch due to failure to collect. I protested as I never received any sms/call from my branch to collect the cards. I instructed UTI to send my cards back to my branch, Emalahleni branch. UTI informed me that my cards will be delivered within 5 working days and that I will be contacted to collect them.
Until now I have not been contacted by the Emalahleni Branch in order to collect my cards.
This morning I decided to follow up. I contacted ABSA Card Devison. The consultant, after contacting UTI, confirmed that my cards have been issued and that they have been delivered to the Emalahleni Branch.
I contacted the Emalahleni Branch to confirm that my cards are there and ready for collection. I was informed that they do not have any record of my cards being there and that my cards was sent back on 19 May 2013 to a "special address".
My cards are about to expire and MISSING!
