DON'T GET MARRIED IF YOU'RE A NEDBANK CLIENT

I got married. I asked for all my business account and private account cards to be changed to my new surname. After MUCH confusion and many threatening e-mails this was done. Even to the point where I would drive out to collect cards for which I received notification, and then the cards would not be there. This was nothing. THEN Nedbank decided to change some of the cards BACK to my previous surname! OK, I had that sorted and had to show proof that I had ALREADY received my cards in my NEW SURNAME. One would think the system would show such! THEN, the latest: My personal credit card accounts (amex and visa) got removed from my online banking BECAUSE the new cards in the new surname has new card numbers and can NO longer be linked - FOR GOODNESS SAKE: SAME ID/SAME PERSON - Hallo!!?? NONE of my other new cards got taken off my profile. THEN I had to send a WRITTEN request confirming the request for the cards to be linked and confirming my online banking profile number!!! RED TAPE!! I did that, and one business day later, NO SERVICE. From the above FACTS it is clear, DON'T GET MARRIED IF YOU'RE A NEDBANK CLIENT! I'm changing my bank. I've had ENOUGH.
