ON THE 15TH OF JAN I WENT INTO THE GLEN ACRES BRANCH TO REQUEST CARDS AS I MIS- PLACED MY CARDS.
I RECEIVED A TEMP CARD AND TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO ORDER REPLACEMENT DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS!
FIRSTLY WHICH IS APPALLING IS THAT I HAVE TO PAY R110.00 EACH FOR THESE CARDS!
SECONDLY THE RUDE CONSULTANT AT LOST CARDS REFUSE TO ISSUE THE CARDS AS I ANSWERED TWO SECURITY QUESTIONS INCORRECTLY!
IF STD BANK DOES NOT UPDATE THEIR RECORDS APPROPRIATE & TIMOROUSLY WHERE DOES THE FAULT LIE???
THE BRANCH CONSULTANT TOLD THE LOST CARD CONSULTANT THAT SHE IS STANDING WITH ME AND COULD IDENTIFY THAT IT WAS ME!
I DONT HAVE ANY CARDS TO UTILISE MY OWN FUNDS!!!
BUT I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER STATING THAT ALL FEES TO BE INCREASED IN 2014!!!
