On 7 August both credit cards linked to our business credit account were cancelled. We then wanted to close the Business credit account as well as the account was settled. Went to the branch on 8 August, they said I should email a copy of the cards which were destroyed to [Email Removed] we did on the same day. In the email I also requested for the account to be closed again. NO Reply!!
Received monthly statement on 13Aug and FNB deducted annual card fees and monthly credit fee (R452). Phoned call centre, they said that I have to fax the request again and the query the fees. Which we did. NO Reply!!
On 19Aug phoned call centre again. They say they did not receive the fax. They said the last communication from me for this account was back in 2009??? Agent said I should email everything again, which I did. His email address: [Email Removed] I asked to please confirm receipt of the email. NO REPLY!!!
I give up, what more do I have to do? And why was I billed for annual card fees for a card that was cancelled. Call ref when I cancelled the card: RG130807456
